Hey everyone! Today is a hard day for me, as many of you know just I lost my Mom on April 2nd to a 4 1/2 year battle to colon cancer. She really was my best friend, I talked to her every day about everything and anything. I have been wanting to post, but just did not know what to say, my heart is broken and I miss her every single moment of everyday. Mother’s day and all the advertising, cards, posts have been so hard for me, I tried to ignore it, but can’t. So, I decided to make a card in her memory for today.
Paper: Bazzill Stamps: Pink Ribbon Emilly (Sparkle Creations), Cornish Heritage Farms Sentiment Ink: A Muse, SU! Accessories: Copic markers, Cuttlebug, Ribbon, Prima Flower, Button, Twine, Stickles.
Rest in peace Mom. I love you.

Hello again friends! It is the final week for this month’s Showers and Flowers challenge over at the Ribbon Carousel!
For my card today I used both flowers and showers! I stamped Rainy Day Ruby (from Sparkle Creations) onto Copic X-Press It and colored her with Copic markers, I also added a little Glossy Accents to the rain drops and puddle for more texture. I finished off the card layering a couple of Prima flowers and adding a bit of lace.
Paper: My Mind’s Eye, Bazzill Card Shoppe, Copic X-Press It Stamps: Rainy Day Ruby (Sparkle Creations), Sentiment (A Muse) Ink: A Muse black dye Accessories: Copic markers, Prima Flowers, Lace, Orange Glittered Skittles (Your Next Stamp), Rhinestones, Glossy Accents.
Okay, that is all for me today, I have to head to work but, I will be back tomorrow with another card. Until then I hope you all have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families and friends, I know we did. Even with all the running around and holiday stress it was good and everyone had fun.
I was looking back over all my cards from this past year and picked out a few of my faves, they are in no particular order (I am not that organized this year!) but they are all cards that I loved making, with stamps from my favorite companies, and still love looking at. I hope you enjoy them too!
If you have any questions about the cards, just let me know and I will let you know what was used.
I have to work today, 12 -8 and then plan on having a quiet New Years with Lee and the boy’s. As you know I haven’t stamped much in the last couple of months (I will explain all of that soon), maybe I will get up the energy to do a little bit this evening.
Thank you for all the kind comments and support over the last year, I really do appreciate it and love all of the amazing people who I have met through this fun hobby. I hope you all have a wonderful and safe New Year’s. Here’s to 2013!!!
