Happy Saturday! Welcome to the first Ketto blog hop sponsored by Stamping Bella! If you are following the blog hop you should have come from Jenn’s blog, if not you can start the hop at Em’s blog.
I am on a real orange kick right now and the new Basic Grey Lime Rickey paper is so fun, I just had to use it! I stamped and embossed Charlotte and then coloured her with Copic markers before cutting her out with the labels 4 nestie. I then went around the edges with orange interference acrylic paint, I’m not too sure that is shows up well in the picture tho.

Happy Thursday! Today is a quick post and card, I have lots to get done before the weekend and time seems to be flying! I just received a new batch of stamps from The Greeting Farm, and had to play with them right away!

Happy Wednesday! Time for another Be Inspired challenge from the Cuttlebug Challenge blog! This week our theme is monograms and we also got to play with tags from Elle’s Studio!
I stamped and embossed the solo h from Close to my Heart before cutting it out, I then matted it and trimmed around the edges before attaching it to the card front. I then wrote on the tag and attached it with a pretty ribbon. I think the rest of the card is pretty easy to figure out, but if you have questions please ask.
Paper:Bazzill, Cosmo Cricket Stamp: CTMH Ink: CTMH Accessories:Elle’s Studio tag, Peggy’s Pretties, Clear embossing powder, Cuttlebug (Bloom Dots).
Thank you so much for all of the kind comments on Liam’s card, he came home from school and was so happy to see that you left them for him! I am off and running again today, I also have a few projects/cards that I am working on that I will be able to share with you next week. I hope you have a great day, and thanks as always for stopping by!
Happy Tuesday! I have been a bad blogger! LOL Well not bad, but have not had a chance to play for the last few days, but tonight Liam asked to make another card for my blog. I had this image of Ian already stamped so he went to work with the BIC and Sharpie markers.
Isn’t he cute, I think he did a great job colouring! If you look close you can see that he even put in a shadow!
Stamp: The Greeting Farm (Hello Ian) Ink: Memento Accessories: BIC and Sharpie markers.
I have a bunch of things to get done today, but if I am lucky I will be able to play in the afternoon. I hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
Happy Friday! Wahoo, the weekend is almost here! I have had a busy week, but it always seems to be like this at the end of the school year with all of the activities, meetings and trips. In only one more month it will be summer vacation! Today’s card makes me think of summer, with the water and trees and a little fishing! It is for the Case of the Curious Card over at The Greeting Farm!
I started by stamping and colouring Ian with Copic markers. I then went to work on the rest of the card! LOL I cut off the stamped fishing line and tied a little bit of DMC floss onto the pole with a little wire hook that I made. I used the Cuttlebug for the sky as well as the trees, and used a new EK border punch for the water. I added a little glitter to the water with my glue pen and micro-fine glitter and tucked a couple of extra fish in for fun. If you have any questions about anything else I did please feel free to ask.

I hope you have a great day, and as always thanks for stopping by!
Happy Wednesday! Time for another installment of Be Inspired at the Cuttlebug Challenge blog, this weeks theme is Butterflies and hearts. Our sponsor this week is Provo Craft, and one lucky participant will win a prize pack from Provo!
I am very happy with how my card turned out, I wanted to keep it simple yet pretty. I used the Cuttlebug Butterfly cut and emboss combo to cut the butterfly and then embossed it with the coordinating swirl folder, I love how easy it was to cut and then emboss the butterfly perfectly! I then added the pearls for the body and slightly curled the wings up. I finished it off by stamping and embossing the sentiment.
Paper:Bazzill, SEI (Mimosa) Stamp: CTMH Ink:CTMH, VersaMark Accessories:Cuttlebug (Butterfly Cut and Emboss combo), Kaiser Pearls, Clear detail ep, Nesties, pop dots.
I can’t wait to see what the rest of the DT did with this week’s challenge! I hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
Happy Tuesday! Today’s card is for this week’s CPS sketch. I used a Sarah Kay colouring page that I found on-line and printed it off.
I started by piercing around the edges of the card and then used DMC floss to stitch. I then coloured the image and layered the card together. The lace detail is paper lace that I found at the local dollar store and thought might be cool to use, I added mini rhinestones to the flowers for a little more fun.
