RCC #84 ~ Summer Fun

Hey everyone! This is the final week of the Ribbon Carousel’s August Challenge, Summer time fun!

I have been so busy this summer, that I really haven’t had lots of down time, but I thought of just watching the sky and seeing balloons floating lazily by so that is my inspiration for today’s card.  I did use a cloud embossing folder for the background, but it is hard to see in the picture.
