Happy Birthday!

Happy Thursday!  This week has been going by so quickly and very little has gotten done!  I have started the back to school shopping for clothes and shoes, not fun.  Next week I will do the fun part and hit Staples!  I love buying all the pens and pencils and markers.  🙂

Today’s card was one I made up for the store by my Mom’s place.  I need to re-stock birthday cards, they seem to go the fastest out of all my cards.

Drunken Stampers #22 ~ Twilight Inspired!

Happy Saturday!  This week at the Drunken Stampers we are getting excited for the newest Twilight movie so, our challenge this week is an ” inspired by Twilight” challenge!   We also had a friend drop by the lounge this week, the super talented Lisa Strahl, stop by and check it out!

If  you know me well enough you will be shocked, I didn’t use Edward for today’s card, I went with Emmett!  I really wanted to use this sentiment and he seemed to fit just right.  🙂

Birthday Weekend!

TGIF!  I am so happy it is Friday and it is my birthday this weekend!  I actually have to share my day this year with Lee being that it is Fathers Day too.

We are almost done cleaning the old place, now to organize the new house!  Of course I have almost finished my stamping space, I have to have some fun!  LOL  I made up this card a couple of weeks ago and just never got around to taking a pic and getting it posted.

Paper: Memory Box  Stamp: The Greeting Farm Digi  Ink: Copic markers  Accessories: Crate Words rub-ons, Fiskars punch, DMC floss, Prima flower, Pearls.

I am happy to finally have internet and telephone service again, it took them forever to figure out where we were and what house (there are 2 on the property) we are in!  Now I just need to get all caught up on my surfing and commenting!

I hope you have a great Friday and thanks for stopping by!

ETA: Sorry about the small font, not sure what WP is up to right now.

Anya’s Sweet Treats ~ TGF Royal Battle Week #4

Happy Monday!  Where did the weekend go?  It feels like I didn’t get anything done.  Oh well, it will be a short week for us, the kids have a day off on Friday so I get an extra day to sleep in!

This week’s challenge for the Greeting Farm Royal Battle was to play with candy and design wrappers/holders for it!  It was also my turn again as we only have 3 players on our team.

I got the brilliant idea to decorate the candy itself, I don’t think I want to see any more white chocolate for a while!  I could not find regular white chocolate bars so I had to melt and make my own and then decorate them!

We would love your support again this week in the competition.  Only one week left to go if we make it past this week.  It has been lots of fun, I can not believe it has already been a month!

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

In the Meadow ~ Twilight Inspired!

Happy Tuesday!  I am just exhausted today, we were going all weekend and just got home yesterday afternoon from my Mom’s place.  I finally got to see New Moon, and loved it!  I am still totally team Edward, but  Jacob’s story line was well done too!

I made this little easel card up last week, I was so excited to finally see the movie that I just had to play with a few Greeting Farm digi stamps and create one of my favorite scenes from the first book.  Lee and the boys think I am nuts, but I just had so much fun with this card.  Two of my favorite things combined, now if I had just had some coffee and chocolate while making it, it would have been heaven!  LOL

Paper: Bazzill, Basic Grey  Stamps: The Greeting Farm  Ink: Distress ink, Copic markers  Accessories: Cuttlebug, Prima flowers, Rhinestones.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
