Here’s the Scoop…

Happy Tuesday!  The scoop is… I am dreaming of warm weather!  LOL  I woke up yesterday to snow falling, just when I thought we were done with winter!  I guess with the Olympics only 1 week off it would be a good thing if the snow fell, but it can stay there, I don’t want it!  It actually didn’t stick around too long but it was enough to get me in the mood for bright happy summery colours!

Do I Smell Cake?

Happy Monday!  I wish I could smell cake, I have been craving it for a while now, maybe I will have to make one up this week!  I had a great but busy weekend.  Saturday I had a friend out to visit and we had lots of crafty fun, I was actually productive!  LOL  Sunday I had a ton of  laundry to do and a bunch of getting ready for the week kinda things.  I was able to sneak into my room to play a bit between loads when I thought no one was looking!

Drunken Stampers Challenge #2 ~ Love

Happy Saturday!  I’m so happy that the weekend is finally here so that I can relax and play!  As happy as I am to finally be home and back into the routine, I don’t like waking up so early and having to rush the kids out the door.

Happy Thursday!  I know I am late posting my card today, I finished it late yesterday and I had to wait to take a pic so that the light was good in my room.  My mojo seems to be taking a little holiday now, I worked all afternoon and came up with mostly garbage!  I am happy with the result, just wish it hadn’t taken so long to get to.

Happy Tuesday!  When I saw the challenge this week over at Raise the Bar ~ The older the better, I knew I would be able to play along!  I went and dug out some old, think 1998, 81/2″ x11″ DP from when I started scrapping! I even found a bunch of cardstock that I really should use up!

Happy Monday!  Where did the weekend go?  I started lots of things but I didn’t seem to get any of them, done except for a few cards!  A girl has to have priorities right? 

My card today is for Sparkle’s 2010 Christmas card challenge #9.  This week’s challenge is an inspiration challenge, I just loved the colours and all the glittery goodness so that is what I went with.

Merry Christmas

Happy Monday!  Today’s card is for Sparkle’s weekly Christmas card challenge #8!  It was a tough one for me, no colouring!  What is a girl to do when she can’t colour?  I dug into my paper stash and found this Making Memories paper that I have had forever, but never cut because it was to pretty and sparkly, I also used a few rub ons and one of my fave card sketches.
